100 attendees heard from KASA, Control Union, SGS Malaysia and UOB on adopting sustainability certifications as a stepping stone to achieve circular economy, in line with Government's national plans. GRS, RCS and ISCC PLUS are some of the certification options available covering different aspects - traceability of raw materials along supply chain, incorporation of recycled content in products, identification of GHG emissions and more. Financial assistance is available by both the Government and private financial institutions to support companies in this green initiative.
