OCS is an international voluntary product stewardship programme towards zero plastics resin (pellet, flake, powder) loss into the environment through implementation of good housekeeping and containment practices. OCS Malaysia was launched on 8 December 2022 together with PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad as the first company in Malaysia to sign up for the programme.
