What is Academy in Industry (AiI)? AiI is a collaboration between the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and the Ministry of Investment Trade and Industry (MITI). AiI aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry training.

How is MPMA collaborating with AiI? MPMA will be running programmes with AiI to help young people acquire the hands-on skills they need to succeed in the plastics manufacturing industry. Companies would have the advantage of hiring skilled and knowledgeable candidates who can effectively carry out their job function.

The programme is partially funded by the Government. Come and listen on how companies can participate and benefit from AiI.
