What Changed? EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT 2022

The Ministry of Human Resources had announced on 26 August 2022 that it had deferred the implementation of the amendments to the Employment Act 1955 to 1 January 2023, instead of 1 September 2022. 

 

Despite the session that MPMA had organised for members on 30 August 2022, MPMA is still receiving inquiries from members regarding the amendments to the Employment Act. HR practitioners who have questions with regards to the Act are advised to attend the webinar. This will be the final webinar on the amendments to the Employment Act.
